What is Neurodiversity?
"Neurodiversity" is an umbrella term that describes the natural differences in how human brains are wired and how they process information. It includes a wide spectrum of neurotypes, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more. These are not deficits, they're differences. And while differences can bring challenges, they also come with remarkable strengths.
If you're here, you likely already know that your brain works differently or you work with those who have different brains. The problem? The world isn't always designed with neurodivergent thinkers in mind (though one could argue many of the most impactful innovations were created by neurodivergent individuals). Because of this mismatch, many of us need personalized strategies and supportive systems to navigate daily life with greater ease.
That's where I come in.
Drawing on my background in special education, behavioral science, and my own lived experience, I help you design practical, sustainable strategies that support your goals and work with your brain—not against it. Using science-backed, flexible approaches, we'll build systems that promote independence, confidence, and growth. All while honoring your unique neurotype.
We think differently.
It's time we work differently, too.
